A question that is commonly asked is “Is there a cure for my back pain?” – This is usually followed by something along the lines of “Nothing can help because it’s due to old age”, or “It’s only a temporary fix, right?”
Back pain is NOT due to old age. We don’t have to get it because we just turned 40 or 50 years old.
And NO, there’s no “cure”.
But there’s a near permanent fix!
To enjoy living (mostly) pain free for a long long long time, there’s two things we need to know and understand.
1. Being healthy means NO PAIN. Ever. (There is no such thing as ‘normal pain’)
2. To eliminate Back Pain (or any other pain) we need to find out and address all the injured parts of our back.
Eliminating back pain requires much more than doing some stretches and simply being mindful of sitting or standing straight. An effective plan that incorporates a multi-faceted approach is necessary. We will share with you what contributes to this near permanent fix for back (or any other) pain, over the next few days, so look out for it!
